General
- These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from By Salu and every agreement between By Salu and a buyer and on every product offered by By Salu.
- In exceptional situations, these general terms and conditions may be deviated from if this is done explicitly and in writing By Salu made an agreement.
Offers
2.1. All offers from By Salu are without obligation. Offers are subject to the availability of the products. By Salu has the right to terminate the agreement. Spelling errors are reserved at all times.
Agreement
3.1. The purchase agreement between By Salu and the buyer is established at the time the order confirmation is displayed on the screen.
Prices
4.1. All prices are in Euros and include 21% VAT

5.1. All prices of the products on this site are exclusive of shipping costs unless stated otherwise. If you have any questions about shipping costs, please email us at info@bysalu.nl
Delivery and delivery time
6.1. Ordered products that are paid for in advance will be delivered By Salu delivered to the specified delivery address within 3 working days after order confirmation and receipt of payment, if in stock.
6.2. By Salu strives to ship orders within 3 working days after receipt of payment. The final delivery period is 30 days. If the ordered products are not delivered to the specified delivery address within these periods, the buyer has the option to terminate the purchase agreement.
6.3. The above delivery times are indicative and not a deadline. By Salu is never liable for damage resulting from exceeding delivery times.
6.4. Delivery takes place from our warehouse. By Salu ensures delivery by post or shipping in any other manner at your discretion By Salu. Ownership of the products is transferred to the buyer upon delivery if the products have been paid for.
6.5. By Salu is entitled to make partial deliveries. The additional costs of subsequent delivery will be charged By Salu to behave.
6.6. 2. If the Buyer refuses to take delivery or fails to provide information or instructions necessary for delivery, By Salu entitled to store the goods at the expense and risk of the Buyer.
Secure payment
7.1. advance payment; When paying in advance, you transfer the amount from your bank account to the bank account of By Salu. This method of payment usually takes a few days. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment has been received.
7.2. iDeal: If you bank via the internet at Rabobank, ABN AMRO, SNS Bank or ING (Postbank), you can securely arrange payment for your order electronically via our site. In principle, the payment is processed the same working day.
Return products
8.1. Products that you can find at By Salu purchased, can be exchanged and/or returned without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt, provided you still have the invoice, the purchase has not been used and is in the original packaging.
The buyer can cancel his order within 14 days after ordering, without giving any reason. The costs for returning are borne by the buyer/consumer. The buyer therefore has the option to have the order amount refunded, if it has already been paid. To this end, you must contact info@ within 14 days of receipt at the delivery address.bysalu.nl
8.2. If you have received a defective product, it will be returned to you By Salu exchanged for exactly the same product free of charge, provided you still have the invoice, the purchase has not been used and is in the original packaging. The consumer is entitled to a refund of the order amount, provided that payment has already been made.

8.3. If you have received another product instead of the ordered product, it will be shipped to you By Salu exchanged for the product you ordered free of charge, provided you still have the invoice, the purchase has not been used and is in the original packaging. The consumer is entitled to a refund of the order amount, provided that it has already been paid. To this end, you must contact info@ within 14 days of receipt at the delivery address.bysalu.nl
8.4. If any product may be returned pursuant to the above, the amount paid by you will be deposited into your bank or giro account within 14 days. You should always contact info@bysalu.nl
8.5. If the above term is not respected by the buyer, any right of the buyer will lapse.
Satisfaction guarantee, guarantee
9.1. If you are not satisfied after receiving the item or if you have any questions about an item, you can send an email to info@bysalu.nl
complaints, obligation to investigate, limitation period and compliance
10.1. defects: The buyer must inspect the purchased products upon delivery - or as soon as possible thereafter. The buyer must check whether the delivered goods comply with the agreement, namely: whether the correct products have been delivered; whether the delivered products correspond in terms of quantity with what was agreed; whether the delivered products meet the agreed quality requirements or - if these are missing - the requirements that may be imposed for normal use and/or trade purposes; If visible defects or shortages are found, the buyer must report them in writing within 48 hours of delivery By Salu to report. The buyer must report non-visible defects in writing after discovery, and no later than within one month after delivery By Salu. Items can only be processed after prior written permission from By Salu are returned.
10.2. Claims and defenses based on facts that could justify the statement that the delivered product does not comply with the agreement expire 1 year after receipt at the delivery address.
10.3. You have the obligation to examine upon delivery whether the products comply with the agreement. If this is not the case, you should By Salu to notify this in writing and with reasons as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days after delivery, or at least after observation was reasonably possible. If it has been demonstrated that the products do not comply with the agreement, you have the choice to have the products in question replaced by new products upon return or to have the invoice value refunded.
10.4. If you do not wish to purchase a product for any reason, you have the right to return the product within 14 days after delivery. By Salu to return. In this case, returns will only be accepted if the product is undamaged, and the costs for returns will be at your expense.
10.5. The Buyer is obliged to investigate and inform himself how the Product should be used and, in case of personal use, to test the Product in accordance with the instructions for use. By Salu acknowledges no liability for incorrect use of the Product by the Buyer.
Compensation
11.1. By Salu can only be held liable for damage that can be attributed to its intent or gross negligence, or that is caused by circumstances that are at its risk on the basis of mandatory rules.
11.2.The customer indemnifies By Salu in and out of court for all claims from third parties regarding product liability of (legal) persons, relating to (alleged or real) defects in products from By Salu, which the customer has supplied directly or indirectly to those third parties.
On all legal relationships between By Salu and the buyer, only Dutch law applies.
Dutch text prevails
13.1. The Dutch text of these general terms and conditions prevails over translations thereof.
Prices
14.1. By Salu cannot be held liable for deviations in prices, images and texts.
Intellectual property rights
15.1. All intellectual property rights and copyrights of By Salu are solely vested in By Salu and are not transferred to Buyer.
15.2. The Buyer is prohibited from using all documents subject to intellectual property rights and copyrights By Salu to disclose and/or multiply, modify or make available to third parties without the express prior written permission of By Salu.
15.3. The Buyer is prohibited from using the Products to which the intellectual property rights belong By Salu to use rests differently than agreed in the Agreement.
