Return:
- Products purchased in our webshop can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Please note: sale items and snacks cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To request a return, please send an email to info@bysalu.nl with the following data:
- Name
- Order number
- Email address used when ordering
- Name of the product you want to return
- Reason for return
Exchange:
- Please note that we cannot guarantee that the alternative size and/or products are still in stock.
- Therefore, please check the size charts carefully before placing an order.
- If you need help measuring and determining the correct size, please email us at info@bysalu.nl. We are happy to help you!
Procedure
After receiving your email for return or exchange, we will respond within 2 working days with all necessary information and instructions for the return or exchange. Please note that the buyer is responsible for returning the products and associated shipping costs. After receiving the product, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 7 calendar days, after deduction of the previously paid shipping costs.
Important:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be returned in their original and perfect condition. They must be clean and free of hair.
